My base-level Wix Studio website design & copy package includes everything you need to get your business on the world wide web...
Working with the new fully-responsive Wix Studio editor, I'll create a customised four page website with all the trimmings.
STARTING FROM: $3,000
My base level Wix Studio packages includes four web pages, often broken down into Home, About, Services & Contact.
As part of the design, if you require any third-party apps embedded (Instagram, MailChimp, Studio Ninja, etc) that's all part of package.
All web pages are designed for desktop, tablet and mobile. This ensures your site is not only mobile-friendly, but that it scales, responds and looks epic, regardless of a user's device size.
You give me dot points and I'll turn them into website copy. My base package includes all of the written content across the four pages. Everything I write is designed to align with your audience and your brand. It will also be in web-friendly manner, with keywords scattered strategically, no "stuffing" in site. The content itself will be formatted correctly with heading and paragraph tags for easy consumption by your readers and easy crawling by those SEO bots.
Before we get started I'll research and work with you to define target keywords for each of your web pages. I'll then strategically scatter those keywords throughout the site, using them in all the right places - no "stuffing" in site.
I'll also write and set all meta page titles and descriptions and image alt text.
Upon going live I'll index your site with Google Search Console and support you in ensuring the site is connected to your Google Business profile.
I'll get your entire backend dashboard set up. This includes connecting and authenticating your custom domain.
When all said and live we'll have a 1:1 handover tutorial. Here I'll walk you through the backend of your site, show you how to make any edits and test any site forms to ensure notifications are all working as they should.
I'll also be available to help with anything site related in the two weeks post live. And if you need me beyond that, you let me know and I'll be there.

HOW IT WORKS...
the process of building your website
Building a website is a super important job, and one I consider an absolute honour to do!
When designing any site, I follow a specific process that ensures the final product is one your clients will love. Infusing all aspects of your brand's look, feel, and personality, I'll create an optimised and interactive website that gets your audiences buying, booking, enquiring and engaging.
The whole way through you'll deal with me and only me (or my VA). Your entire site is written, designed and built by me - and not by a team offshore. Building a website can be a big project, but in choosing me I hope to make it a fun and enjoyable process.
Here's how it all works…
01. THE VIBE CHECK

As no two websites are the same, my design and refresh packages vary from client to client.
Before getting underway, each website project begins with a vibe check video chat. When you follow the "Work With Me" or "Get Started" buttons you'll be directed to book your free 30 min chat.
Through this chat I'll ask you a bunch of questions about you, your business, and your vision for your website. You'll be able to get a feel for me and how I roll too.
While the majority of websites that I create are on the new Wix Studio platform, I also work on Squarespace and Shopify. Each of these hosting platforms come with their own pros and cons, intricacies and features. During our chat I'll walk you through these to help you decide which option is best for you.
From there, I will prepare and email your custom quote within 3-5 days.
02. SIGNED & SEALED
client agreement & deposit
Once you're happy with everything I've proposed in your quote, we then get the ball rolling to get it underway.
I will send through your Client Agreement for you to sign, which covers all my working terms and conditions to help ensure the process is a smooth and enjoyable one for us both.
From there, we set a start date and outline rough timelines for the projects. These timelines will vary depending on the size of the project, the readiness of any supporting content (images, video, etc), and your availability to provide feedback throughout.
Next you'll receive an invoice to pay the booking deposit, which is 30% of the quoted amount.
03. GETTING SET UP

One of the most important phases of your website project is the brief. This is where I get everything I need from you to ensure I can create a website that knocks your socks off, appeals to your target audience and achieves what it needs to achieve.
To begin, you'll receive access to a Google folder where you'll be able to upload all of your brand assets and website imagery or video.
You'll also receive my briefing document, an in-depth questionnaire that draws out all of the important information around your business, your audience, and the type of website you're after. This is also where you'll input the details of your services so that I can prepare your site copy.
Unless discussed otherwise, your website build won't begin until I have received all of your branding, photos and the completed brief.
04. THE FIRST LOOK

The first part of your website design is always the concept draft. This is where I design, write and build the first two pages of your website, developing the overall concept for the site.
Your concept draft is an interactive desktop mock-up of your site. It's purpose is to show you the look and feel I've envisioned for your site, and to make sure we're both on the same page.
From here, you'll have the opportunity to share any feedback and edits. I'll then carry these out and, once you're happy, move on with designing and drafting the rest of the site.
05. MAKING HER BEAUT
revisions & responsiveness
After creating the complete website draft, you'll be sent a new desktop mock-up to look over.
Here you'll be asked to work through the site and provide any feedback or revisions on the copy and design. I allow for two rounds of revision here.
Once these revisions are complete, I will then design the tablet and mobile views for the site. These views ensure your site is fully responsive, remaining beautiful and easy to use regardless of what size device someone is using.
06. WEB READINESS
optimisation & domain connection
Once the design is complete, I then complete on-site SEO tasks to help your site perform well in search results. These tasks include:

Using best-practice guidelines to write all page titles and meta descriptions

Setting alt text on all website imagery

Ensuring proper formatting of all page headings and paragraph text

Indexing the site and connecting it to Google Search Console
I will also then connect your website domain to the site. If you're yet to purchase your domain I can organise this too.
07. GOING LIVE
publish & handover
Last but not least, we hit PUBLISH and make your website live for the big wide web world to see!
Before we go live you'll be given backend access to the site, and we will complete a handover. The handover is a video chat where I give you a virtual walkthrough of the site, showing you the backend dashboard and sharing the basics of how to make edits or changes to your site should you want to update things on your own in the future.
As we're dealing with technology (which sometimes has a mind of its own) after publishing your site I remain available for two weeks after to fix any publishing errors or glitches that may arise.
I hired Nic to clean up my website copy and imagery and I could not be more happy with the way she conducted both herself, her time management and also the final product.
She really understood my brand and my vision, and was able to keep things professional but added in all the animal puns which I LOVED and were so me (I'm a pet photographer). I would 100% recommend her to any biz owner who's needing some help with their website, strategy or branding and content. I'll definitely be hiring her again!
