25 Things You Should Know About Your Clients

Your clients are pretty special people. They spend their hard earned money on your products and services, and take time out of their busy lives to connect with your business. Getting to know them is one of the best things you can do for your business. Not only will it allow you to ensure your products and services are catering to them in the most effective ways, it will also show them how much you value their business.

Here's our list of 25 things you should know about your clients. Why not take pen to paper and see how you go?

  1. How they spend their days (e.g. work 9-5, do FIFO, or stay at home)

  2. What keeps them up at night

If there are things on this list that you don't know make it your mission over the next week to find at least two of them out. Every time you learn something new about your clients you open up an opportunity to connect with them on a deeper level, and to build a community where the love and the value flows in both directions.

Best of luck,
